Patronage Accumulation Deleted when Reaccumulated

What would cause a Patronage Accumulation to be deleted when an accumulation is ran again?

PAT > Process Activity > Accumulate Activity

When an accumulation is done with the same ending date as an existing accumulation, the original accumulation will be overwritten with the new accumulation

• Example:

  • Original accumulation is done for 12/1/24 to 12/31/24

    • Open

      

       

  • New accumulation is done for 1/1/24 to 12/31/24

    •  

  • Since the second accumulation has 12/31/24 as the ending date, the original December accumulation will be overwritten and only the full year accumulation will be present

• Fix:

  • Reaccumulate to get the activity back

  • The only way to delete the previous accumulation’s activity is to use the same ending date during a re-accumulate, but it can be rebuilt by reaccumulating
