Display Actual / Estimate Status in Account Balance Inquiry voucher grid (AGS-5604)

Benefits:

• Reduce time and effort to understand voucher status. 

• Minimize time drilling into vouchers or generating reports to understand status.

Details:

This change adds Actual / Estimate Status, Document Type, Ledger Date, and Currency Code columns to the voucher grid.  The Currency Code column is only displayed when Bank Foreign Currency extended option is turned on.  Voucher remark columns have also been added to the grid as documented in AGS-5601.  Grid horizontal scroll has been enabled so that user may scroll the grid in order to display additional columns in the viewing pane.
