Spooled Reports and Forms Clean up

This allows you to clear reports and forms from the Spooler for a specific date, station or package type. Keep in mind that only 1000 reports will appear in your grid at one time.

 Instructions

1. From Reports - Go to Spooled Reports or Forms

2. Click on the Filter Button

   Open

   

3. The Station Number is your station number - to clean out all Spooled Items delete the Station Number. Put in an ending date to cover all Reports/Forms up until that date. You have the ability to limit by Package and Report Type.

   Open

   

4. Click OK - and Select all to select all items, Multiple to Select individually or highlight a single line and click select and Delete.
