Missing a transaction update in an external system.
Problem
When you updated AGRIS but the transaction did not successfully notify the other system
Solution
Missing transactions are never easy. Following the steps below in 24.0.0 or earlier versions have been optimized. Starting in 25.0.0 the requirements to run this process will be further automated.

Verify internet access.
Ensure the agent is online.
Check if COM+ processes are operating correctly
Step 2: Resolve Missing Documents in AGRIS Version 24
If the other system can receive updates but is missing a specific document, follow these steps:
Navigate to the AGRIS main menu.
Go to Utilities > Diagnostics.
Select Test Document Tracking.
Ensure the date is set prior to the creation date of the missing transaction.
Pro Tip: If this is your first time running this feature, select a date range of 1-2 years to ensure all documents are reviewed.
Once complete, the document should be able to be requested and updated.
