Basic#- 2147024816 The File Exists

 Problem

While trying to complete any action in Agris I get the following error: Basic#- 2147024816 The File Exists

 Solution

To resolve this issue follow the steps below

1. Close out of Agris

2. Create a local Temp folder under directory C:\Apps\AGRIS

3. Find and open the Agris.ini file located in directory C:\Apps\AGRIS

4. Scroll to the bottom of the ini file and find Work Path=

5. Set Work Path= C:\Apps\AGRIS\Temp

6. Reopen Agris and the issue will be resolved.
