Creating Agronomy Splits

Overview

Use this job aid to create a Agronomy Split in AgroGuide.

To create a split:

1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide.

3. Select a client, farm, field or subfield level from the entity tree. The entity level selected will be the entity level for the split assignment.

4. Click the Splits button in the lower left section.

5. In the blank row of the grid under the Client Name column, select a client to add to the split.

6. For each split type—Fertilizer, Chemical, Seed, Service, and Lime—type the percentage to apply to this client. As percentages are entered for each different client, the percentages for the original client in the first row automatically update to reflect the new remaining percentage.

7. As a different client is added to the split, an additional blank line is inserted at the bottom of the grid so that you can continue to add additional clients to the split.

8. Click Ok to save the split information and exit the window, or click Apply to save the split information and remain on the AgroGuide - Splits Maintenance window.
