Using Transfer All Function in Managing History/Operations

Overview

Use this job aid to transfer all history and operations.  This function allows the ability to transfer all history and operations from one client to another or from the same client to another farm, field, subfield.

To manage:

  1. From toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

  2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide, then select a client from the entity tree, and then select the farm, field, or subfield.

  3. Click the Manage History/Operations button in the lower left section of the AgroGuide Tree window.

  4. The Client, Farm, Field, Sub-Field will default in from the AgroGuide Tree when selecting a client.

  5. Click the Transfer All button in the lower left hand corner.

  6. In the Transfer To box, select the Client, Farm, Field, and Subfield to transfer all history/operations to.  Note: if you want to transfer history/operations to another farm with the same client, you will need to choose the same client in the client field.

  7. Mark Transfer Financial Information to transfer financial information.

  8. In the Operation Type box, select the operation type to transfer.  Keep in mind that all information that is invoiced out comes across history as delivered items.

  9. Click Continue.

  10. Click View to view the history/operations that will be transferred.

  11. Click Transfer to begin the transfer of history operations.

  12. Click Cancel once the Transfer Process is complete.  This will take you back to the Manage History/Operations screen for the client.

  13. Click Ok to save changes and return to the main menu, Click Apply to save changes and remain on the active window.
