Transferring Patron Activity

Overview

Use this job aid to transfer (combine) unrefunded patronage activity from two patrons into the name id of one of those two patrons. This job aid will remove all unrefunded activity from the From Name Id and add it to the activity of the To Name Id.

To transfer patron activity:

1. From the Toolbar, click PAT for Patronage.

2. From the Patronage menu, select Process Activity, and then select Transfer Activity.

3. In the From Name Id box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the patron name id you want to transfer activity from.

4. Click OK.

5. Select the activity to transfer.

6. Click OK.

7. Click Next.

8. In the Split To Name Id box, type the split to patron name ids and press Enter.

9. In the Percent box, type the percentage that should be split to each patron.

10. Click OK.

11. In the Printer box, type the number associated to the place you want your report to print.

12. In the Print Type box, type the number associated to the characters per inch to print the report in.

13. In the Copies box, type the number of copies of the report you want to print.

14. In the Pages From and To boxes, type the page number range you want to print the report for.  Leave the boxes blank to print all pages.

15. Click OK.
