ATLAS Inventory Post
ATLAS Inventory Post requires the following information from AGRIS:
Point-of-sale transactions (actual invoices and estimate invoices/delivery tickets)
On-hand inventory balances
Open purchase order balances
Committed inventory/ open sales bookings
AGRIS Software was programmed to do the following:
POS Export File: Create a communications option to create an output file of today’s invoices created and invoices voided. File name example: EFF_AA12345670000_20130101.txt.
Inventory Export File: Create a communications option in the specified output format that includes inventory balances, open sales orders, open prepayments, open bookings, open purchase orders.
File name example: INV_AA12345670000_20130101.txtPost these files to the ftp site on a daily basis.
Export File Name Format:
File names must contain the inventory designation (INV or EFF), reporting location EBID/GLN, and the current date that the file was created.
EX: INV_AA12345670000_20130101.txt.
If there is more than one file created in a day, then a sequence (or version) number is appended to date. There is only one field in the file and contains YYYYMMDD or YYYYMMDD_x where x is the version number.
EX: INV_AA12345670000_20130101_1.txt.
ATLAS Process:
