Inventory Setup Options - General Information

From the Main Agris Screen, select INV >> Setup Information >> Inventory Setup Options.

Select General Information.

Open

1. Item Number Length, default/max is set to 15 characters for Item Number Id but can be changed.

2. Subitem Number Part 1 Length and Description

3. Subitem Number Part 2 Length and Description

4. Format

   1. 0 = No Formatting

   2. 1 = Right Justify, Zero Fill If Numeric

   3. 2 = Always Right Justify & Zero Fill

Select Next

1. Validate Entry of Subitem#Part1? Y/N

2. Inventory Locked Due to Physical Count? Y/N

3. Warning on zero unit cost transactions? Y/N

4. Allow orders for inactive item numbers? Y/N

5. Restricted Product Sales Option

   1. 0 = No Warning

   2. 1 = Warning Only

   3. 2 = Require Valid License

6. Default Barcode Format

   1. 0 = No Format

   2. 1 = UPC, Numeric

   3. 2 = UPC, Numeric, Right Justify, Zero Fill

7. Allow Update of value to market cost adjustments? Y/N

8. Include Cost Percent Items in cost adjustment procedure? Y/N

9. Default Decimal Positions for Pricing Calculations.

10. Default Batch Size for Blending Tickets.

11. Recalculate New Average Cost when Inventory On-Hand is Negative?
