How To add or edit Name id types sent to Hrvyst

These are the steps to add a new name id type to send to Hrvyst .. .Examples of why to use this might include adding sales customers to the interface.

Once the AGRIS name ID’s have started the process of sending, these records are recorded as sent and will not be resent.. If there was an interruption of the sending process please work with the Greenstone Support team as it requires adding a new CFT integration and resending from the new interface.

Instructions

Navigate in AGRIS - AGRIS>CFT>Communications>AGRIS web services
Select AGRIS Web Service Configuration
Select the RJO / Hrvst integration
Double click the Name ID types and add or subtract types not required. (then save)
Double click Name Id Extract and adjust the last date and time to 1 Jan 1990 1:00 AM .
Then Save and exit
Now Select Process / Monitor Web Service integration and stop and restart the service to send the new name id’s.

Do not ever change the Time date for the commodity information.. This will result in double posting all hedge events in Hrvyst
