Deleting Formulations in AgroGuide (with screenshots)
Deleting Old or Unused Formulations and Attached Blends
Use the Delete Formulation window to enter the parameters for selecting the formulations and to delete the selected formulations. This will delete the formulation and the blend attached to the formulation and any batches that have been created from the blend. This detail will be gone from the system and will no longer be available to Invoice.
Procedure
Go to AGY > Formulation to display the Formulation window
Click Edit Status. If Edit Status is grayed out, hit Clear then Edit Status.
Click Delete Formulations to open the Range Selection window
Enter in the parameters to limit what Formulations are selected for deletion
Location is locked in. Deletion will only occur in single location
From/To Formulation ID: Search/Key in the beginning and ending Formulation ID to select, or leave blank to delete everything.
Start/End Date: This date is used to compare to the Formulation Date on the blend.
Customer: To delete blends for a certain customer, key/search for customer number or leave blank to select ALL customers.
Prospects: These are formulations that do NOT have a customer number assigned. If you only want to delete "no customer number" blends, then checkmark.
Review Selection to show what is being deleted
The criteria can further be limited by controlling the Delete Checkmark on the left side of the Review Selection window.
Once the list has been reviewed, click Delete Now to delete the checked formulations.
