Delete Formulations in AgroGuide

Overview

Use this job aid to delete formulations.  Remember, In order for the delete formulations to be available a formulation group or name id must not be selected.

To delete formulations:

1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide.

3. To select a client, type the name of the client in the Client box, or click   to access a list of clients in Name/Address. From the drop-down list, select the client

4. Then Select Formulation.

5. If you want to use an existing formulation, in the Formulation Id box, click Lookup , enter information to find a formulation by, and then select the formulation from the Formulation Lookup window.

6. The Client Name, Farm, Field, Subfield, Area, Regulatory State/County and Soil Texture will populate when choosing to Blend through the AgroGuide option, because you selected the options first prior to selecting the Formulation button.

7. Click the Delete Formulations Button.

8. In the Location box, click Lookup , type in the location code. The default location will show when you first go into delete formulations.

9. In the From Formulation Id box, click Lookup or type in the formulation id that you want to start to delete from.

10. In the To Formulation Id box, click Lookup or type in the formulation is that you want to end with for deleting formulations.

11. In the Start Date box, click the Calendar icon or type in the date that you want to use as a start date.

12. In the End Date box, click the Calendar icon or type in the date that you want to use as a end date.

13. In the Customer box, click Lookup or type in the name id that you want to delete formulations for.

14. Mark the Prospects (no customers) to delete formulations that have no customer name attached to them.

15. Click Review Selection Note: You may also click Delete Now without reviewing the selections of formulations, if you choose.

16. Using the Select All, Deselect All or by manually marking each formulation for selection to delete.

17. Click the Delete Now to delete the formulations.

18. Once the deletion is complete, it will return a message back.

19. Click OK to take you back to deleting formulations.

20. Click OK to start creating formulations.
