Citrix Metaframe AGRIS Window Hides or is Hidden

When running seamlessly, some applications, sometimes allow the parent window of a dialog box to go to the foreground, leaving no mechanism to return the dialog box to the foreground.  In a seamless session, the parent window can receive messages other than mouse-oriented ones, like a focus change request from the ICA Client. The parent window responds to the request and goes to the foreground.
 

The solution to this problem requires the ICA 6.31.xxxx Client or later, the following server-side updates, and the following Seamless Registry ExceptionFlag:

Type: REG_DWORD
Value(Hex): 0x400

NOTE: The Registry change is Supported on the following Platforms:
MetaFrame XP Feature Release 2 on Windows 2000: Hotfix XE102W029 or later.
MetaFrame XP Service Pack 2 on Windows NT 4.0 TSE: Included in the SP
MetaFrame 1.8 Service Pack 3 on Windows 2000: Hotfix ME183W041 or later.
MetaFrame 1.8 Service Pack 3 on Windows NT 4.0 TSE: Change submitted. No hotfix requested yet.
