INV: Grower License to Dealer Sales Order Link (AGS-24690)

Benefits

This allows the Agris user to ensure that the final customer has the appropriate license for the products on a sales order by linking each line item to the customer via the Agent/Broker Name Id field specified at the time of order entry.

Description

INV > Sales Orders > Add New Sales Orders (View/Edit Sales Orders)

When adding a new Sales Order, the existing Agent/Broker Id field will be treated as a default value for each line item.

For each line item, there is now an Agent/Broker Id field. Each line item may have a different Agent/Broker Id.

Agt/Broker is now included in the line item grid. By default, the column is the last in the grid but may be moved based on user preference.

When editing a Sales Order, the Agent/Broker Id field will be disabled and set to “(Multiple)” if the line items do not all have the same Agent/Broker Id. In this case, the Agent/Broker Id may only be modified at the line item level.

Sales Order Forms

Agent/Broker Id and Description were added to the detail section of the order forms.

Sales Order Extract (80900)

Agent/Broker Id and Description where both added as “agentid” and “agentdescription” attributes to the <lineitem> node in the extract.
