Chapter 8_GL Trans Origination

This chapter describes changes made to the inventory posting process to populate additional fields within the database.
This chapter contains the following sections:

• Changes to Inventory Posting

1. When a Scale Ticket is posted, reversed or deleted the following fields will be populated.

   1. Origin Master ID will be the Grower ID/Vendor ID from the scale ticket owner record.

   2. Origin Master Name is Grower Name/ (aka Vendor Name) from the owner record.

   3. Reference is the Inbound Scale Ticket Number.

2. When the Branch Maintenance, Settlement IV Adjust checkbox is marked and there is a quantity change at settlement time the following fields will be populated.

3. Origin Master ID will be the Grower ID/Vendor ID from the scale ticket owner record.

4. Origin Master Name is Grower Name/ (aka Vendor Name) from the owner record.

5. Origin Document Number set to the Settlement number.

6. The Grain Unit Account is created, regardless if at Ticket Posting or Settlement, the following fields will be populated.

9. Origin Master Name will be set to the Grower Name/Vendor Name)from the scale ticket owner record.

10. Origin Document Number set to the Inbound Scale Ticket number.
