Booking Entry using Minimum and Maximum price validation

Item Specific Prepay and Booking price to validate from Minimum and Maximum price allowed (AGR-15724)

Navigation: ACR>Sales Bookings

The minimum/maximum validation logic only applies to both defining new bookings and editing existing bookings since the prices can be changed. 

Select the “ACR>Sales Bookings” menu item and the “1) Enter Sales Bookings” from the next menu.  Continue defining the booking until you get to the “Booking Type” menu. 

Select “1) Protected Price” as it is the only option that allows the user to specify a price. 

Continue defining the booking. The “Protected Price” field will be validated against the minimum/maximum price defined in Inventory.

If you are outside the Min / Max range the following notice will now be displayed based on your security level. 

Displayed if you do not have security to override the credit limit.         Displayed if you have access to ask for credit override. 

If access to credit override exists... the user / password can be entered to approve.
