Creating and Maintaining Widgets

Widgets may be created or modified for any user defined report. Select GRN>Report Manager>Ticket Reports or the desired report type, including advanced. Then select report writer features.

Create a new report if desired. Highlight the desired report. If there is an asterisk in the File Name column then there is already a widget associated with this report. Click on the Edit Widget button. If no widget is associated with the report, a default widget will be generated for this report.

Clicking the Edit Widget button will launch the Active Reports editor for the associated widget where you can customize the widget.

Edit the widget and click the “Edit Script” tab to view/adjust the refresh rate.
