AGRIS Customer Documentation

Configure email printing of quotes

When completing quotes, AGRIS sales can generate a printed copy of the quote to email to the customer.

There are three things to ensure success that must be done.

  • A pending booking type has been selected for using quotes.

  • A default booking form for printing has been set in AGRIS.

  • The AGRIS Booking form design has been completed to change the printed wording when a quote is detected.

    2. Do you need more or less language on the form.

    3. Should the colors be different?

    4. Should it call out the expiration date of the quote in Bold Letters?
