Confirm Agent Permissions are configured correctly

 Problem

To ensure the AGENT can operate correctly it is recommended to set an administrator password that has access to the AttachToo folder, operate and restart with proper permissions.

 Solution

  1. Navigate to the windows services on the server where the agent is installed.

  2. Identify the Agris-MSSQL or PSQL Agent Web service

  3. Right click to navigate to properties

  4. Set the user id to log in.
