Credit Management Multiple Period Definitions

Navigate to ACR > Credit Management > Account Balance Inquiry > select a Location > 13) Balance History > Answer YES to Multiple Periods > key in Beginning/Ending Date

When using the "View Multiple Periods Option," it will sum all the fields from the periods that have been included in the range. Thus, all the fields are nothing more than hash totals except for the following fields.

When the AGRIS System combines multiple periods, the system will combine the total for all respective periods.

ALL FIELD BUT THE FOLLOWING ARE SUMS TOTALS OF THE DETAIL

AVERAGE BALANCE =
(Period 1 Avg Bal. + Period 2 Avg Bal.) / 2 = accumulation of average balance
(accumulation of average balance + Period 3 Avg Bal.) / 2 = accumulation of average balance
Repeat calculation until all periods have been added together, dividing each addition by 2.

HIGHEST BALANCE =
Finds the highest daily balance date from the period range and fills this field.

DATE OF LAST SALE =
Finds the latest date from the period range and fills this field.

AVG DAYS TO PAY =
# of Payment documents x avg days = days to pay accumulation for period one
# of Payment documents x avg days = days to pay accumulation for period two
# of Payment documents x avg days = days to pay accumulation for period three
Add together all the "Days to pay Accumulation for all periods = total accumulation of days to pay total accumulation. of days to pay / total # of payment documents = Avg Days to Pay

AVG DAYS LATE =
# of Late Payment documents x avg days = days late accumulation. for period one
# of Late Payment documents x avg days = days late accumulation. for period two
# of Late Payment documents x avg days = days late accumulation. for period three
Add together all "Days Late Accumulation for all periods" = total accumulation of days late
total accumulation. of days late / total # of late payment documents = Avg Days Late
