How can I avoid withholding any income tax from an employee’s paycheck?

 

  1. Go to PAY > Employee Information > Add New Employee or View/Edit Employee

  1. Go to 2. Wage Information

  1. Key 99 in the number of exemptions for either Federal, State, Local, or all three
