How to create a quote in AGY using Formulation

When a formulation is created in AGY and left as a formulation by hitting save, this can be used as a quote. This formulation can later be pulled back up and blended, taken to a sales order, or invoiced.

When a formulation is blended, taken to a sales order, or invoiced, this is what commits the inventory. The formulation is no longer just a quote, but has relieved inventory.
