Customer Acknowledgements - How to Print Customer Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements will tell a customer what grain they have in storage and what open balances they have on contracts. This is particularly helpful during and after harvest when several customers are asking "where are we at?"

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to GRN>Customer Status>Print Acknowledgments




  2. Enter your customer's parameters. If your customer delivers to more than one location, you can print for one, some or all locations. If they deliver more than one commodity, you can print for one, some or all if them. At the bottom you have 5 lines for remarks you can fill in. Hit OK. 




  3. Since you are entering customer specific information, you most likely will hit no for save defaults. Just as in other places in AGRIS, if you enter yes to save defaults, it will save for all of the users, not just your workstation. 





  4. You will get a print out similar to this: (you can click on the image to open it)



When you upgrade to 18.4, you will be able to print Acknowledgements from the Customer Summary Screen
