Viewing Stock or Equity Balances

Overview

Use this job aid to view stock, stock credit, and equity values for one patron.

To view stock and equity balances:

1. From the Toolbar, click PAT or Patronage.

2. From the Patronage menu, select Patron History, and then select Stock/Equity Balances.

3. In the Patron Name Id box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the patron name id you want to view transaction history for.

4. Click OK.

5. In the Option box, type a letter A through E to display transaction detail.
