Using the Forms Default Router [Quick Tip]
The Form Default Router allows you to set parameters at a more granular level to control the number of copies to print and under what conditions it should print. For example, an inbound corn ticket may print on an outside printer, while an outbound soybean ticket only prints inside.
Â
On the main AGRIS screen on the oneWeigh PC go to: ONE>Setup Information>Workstation Information> Click on the FORMS button.
Â
Â
Next, click on the FORM DEFAULT ROUTER button
Â
Â
The next screen shows all the forms that are set to print under various conditions. You will see the form number and number of copies; if it is for an Inbound or Outbound form; and a commodity if that is being used. Note: Any field with an asterisk means all types are included.
Â
These router settings are addressed in order so the Line 1 logic will be checked first, Line 2 second, etc.
Â
Â
To edit the various conditions, highlight the line item and click on EDIT. To add a new form routing scenario, click on ADD. The same screen is used. Remember to SAVE your changes!
Â
Â
Verify by printing a test ticket that meets the criteria.
