Pending Ticket Grid Setup [Quick Tip]

If you want to change the oneWeigh ticket pending list layout or add a field to the section, you can easily do this through oneWeigh.

Open

Got to ONE>Setup Information>Workstation Information>Ticket Grid Fields

Open

Use this screen to select the fields to be displayed and their order. Highlight the field on the left and click ADD to move it to the Current Fields. To remove it, just highlight the field on the right and click REMOVE. It adds it back to the Available Fields list.

Click OK

Setting up the Sort

Got to ONE>Setup Information>Workstation Information>TICKET GRID SORT

Put a check in the Sort Ticket Grid – click OK. Remember to SAVE before you leave the Workstation screen.

This will sort the entries in the pending list by Customer Name first, Vehicle ID second and Commodity Description third. Click the drop-down arrows to choose different fields.

Helpful Tips:

Use the Gross Date/Time to alert the operator that a ticket has not been given a first weight. They can tell at-a-glance that there is a truck heading to the pit that did not get its first weight because the Gross Date/Time field is blank.

Click on the Gross Date/Time heading to sort the pending tickets without weights to the top.
