Resizing the Ticket Entry Screen Grid [Quick Tip]

Make the Ticket Entry screen bigger or smaller to view all your ticket information at the bottom of the screen.

1. Go to: One > Setup Information > Workstation Information

2. Check the “Sizeable Ticket Grid” checkbox > click “Save”

3. Go to: Ticket Entry. The Ticket Entry screen will now allow for a screen size adjustment by dragging the corner of the window.

NOTE: This is really to allow more ticket grid columns to be visible. While it is possible to make the Ticket Entry window fullscreen, the font size doesn’t change and most fields stay the same size as demonstrated below.
