Grading Sample Number Control

The controls for your Grading Sample Number can be found in One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > General.

Open

You will see four different boxes.

Assign Sample Number: This will assign a sample number in the Ticket Entry Screen (seen in the black chalkboard). This will assign a sample number to a ticket that will need to match the sample number on the grading machine. This will allow the correct grades to import to the correct ticket.

Open

1. By Station: If you use multiple Workstations Stations on a single PC you can set it so each workstation uses a different set of sample number settings.

2. Reset Daily: Most customers have this box checked. It resets the sample number to “1” at the beginning of the new day (12:00 am according to your pc).
