Error Copying Dataset

 Problem

When trying to copy a dataset I get an error: Permission Denied C:\Apps\Agris\Ddf\F and will stop the copying process.

 Solution

1. open Zen Control Center on the machine where Zen 15 Server or Workgroup is installed

2. under Engines, click on the machine

3. click on Configure Local Engine

4. click on Performance tuning

5. set the File Close Delay textbox to a zero: 0

6. click Apply

7. click OK

8. close Control Center

9. reboot the machine
