Adding a New Card Program

Where to go to add a new card program

 

To add a new card program, go to INV > Inventory > Inventory Pricing Menu > 3. Card Programs.

  3. Cards are then managed on the individual Name IDs:

    1. See Adding or Editing Cards in Name Address for more information

Card Management in AGRIS allows the user to:

  1. Manage one of many cards issued to each customer with issue date, expiration date, discount program, and secure PIN storage

  2. Import transactions that do not reference the customer’s account number (complementing CFT fuel system solutions)

  3. Expand features and capabilities of Fueling Card Programs (remapping the item sold, discounts, or premiums that are associated to individual customer cards)

  4. Provide Card Program start and end dates to promote company’s marketing campaigns that run for certain time periods

  5. Transition to AGRIS card management with a single line CSV card import format
