Spreadsheet Button is Grayed Out

How to get access to the spreadsheet button when it is grayed out
Go to Customize > System Security > 4. Edit Security Levels
Choose the user(s) who need access
Select the SYS - General Options - Grid Export to Spreadsheet setting
Edit security to be Yes for this setting. This will give access to the spreadsheet button in all packages.
The impacted user(s) will need to log out of the dataset and back in for this to take effect.
