All of the options at the top of the AGRIS window are greyed out nothing is accessible

One of the foreground windows in AGRIS is minimized.  That window is still active even though it is barely visible.  
 
To restore the foreground window to its original location:

• At the bottom, left-hand side of the screen, there will be a small rectangle that has a small picture, along with two over lapping squares.         

Open

• Click the picture and a menu will appear with the option to Restore, click on the Restore and the foreground window will reappear.  Or click on the squares to restore automatically.
