Security Setting that Allows Users to Edit Security

Which security setting allows a user to edit other users' security?

  1. Go to Customize > System Security

  2. Select the user(s) to edit

  3. Choose 4. Edit Security Levels

  4. Find the SYS - Customize - System Security Setting and set security level to allow permission
