Standard Journal Entry Maintenance

A standard journal entry contains specific ledger accounts to be updated on a repetitive basis, for example: to accrue commodity inventory. The amounts and/or quantities vary from journal period to journal period. Standard journal entries are posted through an option on the Journal Entries menu.

Use the Standard Journal Entry Maintenance option to add, delete, or print standard journal entries.
