OneWeigh can allow you to search for tickets in your ticket que compared to scrolling through.

  1. Open ticket entry > type on your keyboard Ctrl+f.

2. A search box will appear > type in a customer's name in the search field (instead of having to scroll). Typing in the customer's name will show you all the pending tickets with that account.

You can also select to search by other search parameters if you select the “Filter” tab.
