Reweigh Truck

You can reweigh a truck if you haven’t printed the ticket yet. This can be useful if you accidentally select the wrong ticket for a truck weighing in or out.

Click on the “Reweigh” button at the bottom of the Ticket Entry screen.

Next, you will be prompted with a few different options. You can switch whether it’s inbound or outbound. Also to switch the Gross and Tare the weights taken.

If you want to clear the weight completely click on the “Gross” or “Tare” weight depending on what you want to clear.

Anytime a truck is reweighed or adjusted, the Audit Log logs the information. If you have the “Reweigh” button greyed out in the Ticket Entry screen you will not be able to reweigh any tickets.
