Ticket Entry Menu Options

You can control what options are available to your operators at the bottom of the ticket entry screen.

Go to One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > Ticket Entry Menu Options

Check and uncheck the boxes you want to display. Hit ok > Save > launch Ticket Entry.
