Maintaining System Journal Entries

Use the Maintain System Entries option to void journal entries which changes the status code to 3 for voided on all system journal entries for the selected journal period for the selected package. This option includes "void" and "unpost" capabilities so that system journal entries may be re-created, or edit journal entries where you can change the G/L distribution on individual lines of a specific open system journal entry in the selected journal period.
