Setting up Variety Attributes

Overview

Use this job aid for Variety Attribute setup to further describe how to use the variety or benefits of a particular variety, such as its resistance to corn bore. You must specify the name, and optionally provide a description, of a variety attribute. You can create new variety attributes, modify existing variety attributes, or inactivate a variety attribute.

To setup variety attributes:

1. From the Toolbar select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide  menu, select Crop Plan Setup, and then select Crop - Variety Attributes.

3. In the Variety Attribute box, type in the Variety Attribute.

4. In the Description box, type in the variety attribute description.

5. Un-check the Is Active to make the variety attribute inactive.

6. Click Apply to save changes and add another variety attribute.

7. Click Ok to save all changes and return to the Crop Plan setup.
