Ticket Entry Descriptions

In/Out

I – Inbound

O - Outbound

Type

Regular- This ticket type is used when grain is coming In/Out of an elevator location. This type will affect the Stock On Hand field on the DPR.

Direct- This ticket type is used for grain deliveries that are delivered directly to a terminal or other 3^rd party. This type will NOT affect Stock On Hand on the DPR.

Direct Terminal Storage- This ticket type is used for grain deliveries that are delivered directly to a terminal or 3^rd party but is not sold at the time of delivery. It is stored at that 3^rd party facility. This type is only available for Outbound shipments. Outbound tickets will remain on hold while in Terminal Storage.

Transfer- This ticket type is used for the transfer of grain from one location to another within the same company.

Terminal Storage- This ticket type is used for the physical movement of Company Owned Grain from your elevator to another company’s facility. This type is only available for Outbound shipments. Outbound tickets will remain on hold while in Terminal Storage.

Void- This ticket type is used for voided tickets.

Freight Only- This ticket type is used for creating a ticket to pay freight expense only.

Mode

Barge- Use this mode for barges.

Bin to Bin- Use this mode for moving grain from one Bin to another.

Rail- Use this mode for rail cars.

Truck- Use this mode for trucks.

Vessel- Use this mode for vessels.

Transportation Mode is customizable.

Status

Final- Use this status when a ticket is final and ready to settle.

Estimate- Use this status when a ticket is waiting for final weights/grades.

Intransit- Use this status when Inbound shipments are enroute to your facility. An Intransit ticket

does not affect Stock On Hand.
