Automatically Adjusting Commodity Positions

Use this job aid to automatically adjust commodity positions.

From the Toolbar, click GRN for Commodity Management.
From the Commodity menu, select Commodity Positions.
From the Commodity Positions menu, select Automatic Adjustments.
In the Commodity Code Beginning and Ending boxes, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the commodity you want to adjust, or type the commodity you want to adjust, or leave blank for all commodities.
In the Location Code box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the accounting location, or type the accounting location, or leave blank for all locations.
Click OK.
In the Position Date box, type 1 for the Current Day or type 2 for the Previous Day.
The description of the first box that displays is controlled by the user. This is an informational box only. You can enter any 12 characters or numbers.
In the Origin Location box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the origin location you want to adjust, or type the origin location you want to adjust.
In the Delivered box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the destination location you want to adjust, or type the destination location you want to adjust.
Click OK.
At the Is This Correct? box, click Yes.
