Preparing the Maps for Printing on Forms

Overview

Any time a boundary has been created, imported, or modified it is necessary to prepare the images for printing.  This process is generates files for each map so when the application is requested to print a boundary it does not need launch the spatial components of AgroGuide and potentially cause a delay in printing.

To prepare the maps:

1. From the toolbar, Select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide.

3. In the Client box, use the lookup to select a Client.

4. In AgroGuide, click on Mapping from the top line menu.

5. Click Save Images.
