Removing Unused Sales Orders

How to get rid of or remove sales orders that will not be used

1. Cancel a Single Sales Order

   1. INV > Sales Orders > View/Edit Sales Orders

      1. Open

         

   2. Select the Sales Order

      1. Open

         

   3. Select the line(s) that will not be filled or used

   4. Change the status from Active to Underfilled or Canceled

2. Cancel Multiple Sales Orders

   1. INV > Sales Orders > Cancel Sales Orders

   2. Enter criteria needed to pull the wanted sales orders. Any Sales Orders that meet this criteria will be marked Cancelled
