Viewing/Editing a Name Id

Overview

Use this job aid to view or edit a name Id.

To view or edit a name Id:

1. From the Toolbar, click NAM for Name and Address.

2. From the Name and Address menu, select Name/Address Maintenance, and then select View/Edit Name Id. 

   Open

   

3. In the Name Id box, type in the name id number or click Lookup or type * and press Enter to search for the name Id.  

   Open

   

4. Select the type of name Id information you want to edit (for example: General Information, Relationships, or Name and Address)  

5. After viewing or editing all name Id information, select Save/Exit.
