This function is used when you have a large number of tickets you wish to edit all at once. Some information can be added to all the tickets with one entry and some you have to add to each ticket, but it will shorten your work by going to the correct screen for each ticket.
You get to Edit Multiple Tickets by going to GRN > Shipments > Edit Multiple Tickets

If you select , , or you will be given these screens. This allows you to put the same wights, grades and remarks on all the selected tickets.
If you hit OK, you will be given this screen. This will allow you to filter out the parts of the tickets you do not wish to go to. If you put yes in any of these, it will take you ticket by ticket through the ones you selected. This allows you to put different entries on each ticket, but speeds up the work process by only going to the screens you need.

Save
When you make changes on a ticket, you will want to hit save on that ticket. Most the time, if you forget and hit ok it will take you to another screen that gives you the option to save. It is just quicker if you hit save in the first place.
After editing a ticket, you may see this question. Be sure to read it carefully and answer accordingly. In transit will prevent you from settling the tickets until they are edited back to final.
After you have edited all the tickets you selected it will take you back to the main list, where you can choose more tickets or you can hit back to get out of edit multiple tickets.
