How to Copy Workstation Preferences [Quick Tip]

In this article, we will discuss how to copy workstation preferences from one user to another or to delete preferences.

 Instructions

1. Open AGRIS and sign into datasets

2. Go to Customize> Workstations

   Open

   

3. It will highlight and default to your workstation. Click on Copy Preferences and then select the user to copy your station preferences to.

   Open

   

4. Once selected ( multiple users can be selected) and press copy. A pop up will show up with your preferences and ensuring you want to copy.

5. Select Yes to “Copy Station Preferences”

To Clear any Station Preferences

1. Open Agris and sign into datasets

2. Go to Customize > Workstations

3. It will highlight and default to your workstation. Click on clear Preferences and then select Yes to “Clear Station Preferences.
