Problem
Windows 10 will no longer receive updates as of October 15th, 2025
Windows 10 support will end on October 15, 2025. After this date, the product will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates.
This change will impact how Greenstone products are tested, developed, and supported after October 15th, 2025.

Insight CRM
Greenstone Agents and services - Mobile App, MyGrower, Rapids, Insight
AgroGuide Blender controls
AttachToo storage
Connect2 - John Deere Multi-use accounts (AKA - Farmplan)
Pennant Mill Manager
Third party translations to files and folders on Windows 2012 R2 servers.

Greenstone Will:
Continue to support and test Windows 10 until Microsoft's October date.
Receive and answer support calls related to AGRIS workstations after this date.
If there are issues that are being reported to the Greenstone Customer Support team that are believed to be related to hardware/security or infrastructure dependent issues, the support rep will recommend the company update their hardware to a supported environment prior to further troubleshooting or diagnosing of the reported AGRIS issue.
