How to: Manually Remove AGRIS From a Computer

***These steps should only be performed if a regular uninstall of AGRIS via Add/Remove programs is not possible.***

Open Regedt32 (Start > Run > Regedt32 > OK)
Delete the following 4 folders (marked with **...**) using Regedt32:

HKEY_LOCAL_Machine
   + Software
       + **AGRIS**
      + Microsoft
          + Windows
               + Current Version
                   + Uninstall
                       + InstallShield Uninstall Information
                           + **{40EF36E8-C332-44ED-B24A-510493073274}**
                       + **InstallShield_{40EF36E8-C332-44ED-B24A-510493073274}**
                       + **{40EF36E8-C332-44ED-B24A-510493073274}**

HKEY_LOCAL_Machine \ Software \ **AGRIS**
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Uninstall \ InstallShield Uninstall Information \ **{40EF36E8-C332-44ED-B24A-510493073274}**

Close Regedt32
Double-click My Computer > C: > WINNT(or Windows) > Downloaded Installations. Delete the folder: {5777030A-7BD2-436B-B4DE-960BC7B6CB29}

*Option number 2: The info above did not work. We downloaded a tool revouninstaller. Here is the link https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-uninstaller-free/#:~:text=Revo%20Uninstaller%20Free%20removes%20programs,and%20potentially%20cause%20various%20issues. . This tool worked for us. We had to remove / delete registry entries via this tool that it found that were related to the AGRIS install. The tool will first try to uninstall and it will likely throw an error. Next, scan for the registry entries in the tool and it will allow you to click on an item and subitems under it to delete. After this second step, AGRIS was gone and we were able to perform a fresh install of AGRIS. by @Mike Stinson @Margaret Sledjeski
