Ability to specify the date after which contracts get pulled into Action List to be reviewed before being sent for signature

All contracts will be ignored prior to the date you specify in the field shown. You don’t have to set a date, it can be left blank.

You can now resend contracts that are in your pending tab without going to the Onespan portal
(this is not the same as multiple price schedule contracts, that’s coming later)

If you have a contract sitting in pending that still hasn’t been signed and has gone through all the reminders to the recipient, you have the ability to resend it or remove it out of pending and cancel it.

Ability to control the frequency and quantity of reminders to contract signature recipients

Here you can do 3 things:

• Specify how many days to wait before the first reminder gets sent out

• Specify how often a reminder goes out

• Specify how many reminders get sent out (max 5)

In the example shown below, the admin has set it up so that the first reminder will go out one day after initial send, then a reminder every following day for a total of 5.

Filled and Cancelled Contracts in Agris will not be called

This was a bug that allowed those two types of contracts to come into the Ready tab, but has been fixed.
